Safety & Travel
We care about the safety and wellbeing of everyone attending the conference. St. Augustine is a very safe and family-friendly city. If your attending is affected by travel restrictions, or if you have concerns with traveling to the conference, please let us know, as we would like to be of assistance if we can. More generally, we want everyone to feel welcome and safe. While at the conference, if you have concerns regarding your personal safety, please reach out directly to local law enforcement or the hotel venue directly.
Health & Wellbeing
In the event that anyone experiences concern for their mental wellbeing during the conference, we are making arrangements for a healthcare service provider to be available by phone throughout the conference on the chance such services are needed.
